All classes are only $8.00 per hour ! All of our instructors have been nationally certified for more than 15 years. We offer class modifications to accomodate certain physical limitations. Excercise and Yoga have been proven to increase bone density, increase metabolism (burn calories more efficiently) and increase energy levels.

Our small groups give you the individual attention that you deserve. We supply floor mats, weights and resistance equiptment. Our classes are fun and benefit both body and mind.
